Managing Your Monthly Plan

  • Easy peasy! You’ve got options:

    • Online: Head to our homepage, or click "Go Unlimited” here, and enter the phone number you signed up with. From there, go to "Unlimited Wash Club" to make changes.

    • Give us a call or shoot us an email! Reach our corporate team at (331)-302-0947 or  info@encorecarwash.com

    • Stop by your wash location and chat with one of our friendly team members.

  • Your card will be charged every 30 days from the day you signed up—like a Netflix subscription, but shinier! ✨

  • We’ll be sad to see you go! 😢 But if you must, just cancel at least seven days before your next billing date. You can cancel by:

    • Online: Visit "Go Unlimited" on our website, enter your phone number, and head to "Unlimited Wash Club."

    • Contacting corporate: 📞 (331)-302-0947 or info@encorecarwash.com

    • Stopping by your wash location and letting us know in person.

  • No refunds, but don’t worry—your Unlimited Pass stays active until your next billing date, so keep those washes coming! 🚘💦

  • Nope, it’s one car per membership. Your vehicle’s make, model, and license plate must match our records. Sharing is caring, but not when it comes to our Unlimited Wash Club. 🚫🚗🚗

How to Use the Wash

  • We use License Plate Recognition (LPR)—fancy tech that scans your plate and lets you in automatically! If LPR doesn’t work (due to glare, snow, or a tricky vanity plate), we’ll hook you up with an RFID sticker for your windshield. Just make sure it stays on the correct car—no swapping allowed!

Car Washing FAQs

  • Almost! But some rides just don’t fit. If you're unsure, swing by and chat with an attendant before rolling through (see below).

    • Taller than 7 feet

    • Tires wider than 13 inches

    • Vehicles with low tire pressure

    • Greasy, oily, or tar-covered rides

    • Trucks with fuel pumps in the bed

    • Trucks with dual rear wheels (aka dually)

    • Trucks with loose objects or debris in the bed

    • Excessively muddy, rusty, or damaged vehicles

    • Vehicles with rear/bike/roof racks, ladders, or pickup racks

    • Super low-profile cars (sorry, but we don’t want to scrape your baby!)

  • Yes, but the back of your car won’t get as clean because we retract the brushes to avoid damage. If you can, remove your hitch before washing. Otherwise, use the prep bins to give the rear of your car some extra love.

  • Yep! Just make sure it’s completely empty—no tools, debris, or surprise flying objects! 💨

  • Not at all! We designed our locations with a slight slope, giving you a clear view as you roll in. Plus, a friendly team member will guide you in.

  • Nope! Our conveyor is lined with a non-marring composite material that keeps your wheels safe and sound.

  • The maximum tire width is 13 inches. No double wheels allowed (we don’t duel with dualies)!
